DAY 2 • BOGOTA
Today you and your guide will explore Bogota, the city that is at the center of the country’s growth and progress. Enjoy breathtaking views as you take a cable car to the city’s highest point, Monserrate. Then, wander through the colorful cobblestone streets of the Candelaria neighborhood, and learn about the history and legends of indigenous gold at the Gold Museum.

DAY 3 • BOGOTA – ARMENIA – COFFEE REGION
Take a morning flight from Bogota to Armenia and meet your local, private guide upon arrival. Make your way through the beautiful coffee region to Hacienda Bambusa. Learn about the hacienda, which is a working cacao farm, on your guided walk this afternoon. Take in the diverse flora and fauna, lush landscapes, and sounds of hummingbirds, as you settle in.

DAY 4 • PIJAO
Immerse yourself in the culture of coffee farming, as your local guide and coffee expert, takes you on a day’s exploration of the nearly undiscovered town, Pijao. Learn about Colombian coffee from start to finish by visiting a local coffee farm, a coffee cooperative, and experiencing different aspects of how the coffee industry has shaped rural towns like Pijao.

DAY 5 • COCORA VALLEY
Head out for a full day’s exploration of the Cocora Valley. Hike through this misty valley, making your way to the top for a beautiful mountain view sprinkled with the world’s tallest palm trees, some measuring up to 200 feet high. Pass through the quaint town of Salento and enjoy an authentically Colombian lunch before heading back to your accommodations.

DAY 6 • COFFEE REGION – PEREIRA – CARTAGENA
Enjoy a morning at leisure at Hacienda Bambusa. Perhaps take a hike through the nearby bamboo forest, have a relaxing morning in your hammock, or sunbathe by the pool. Later, you’ll head to Pereira to catch your onward flight to Cartagena, one of the most important cities on the Caribbean coast.

DAY 7 • CARTAGENA
Explore the beautiful historic center of Cartagena, the walled city. These walls protected Cartagena from pirates and invasions for hundreds of years, and are now a UNESCO site filled with charming colonial architecture and lively plazas, all with the backdrop of the sparkling carribean sea. In the afternoon, indulge yourself with a rum tasting, where a professional costeño bartender will teach you about the history of rum and different Colombian varieties.

DAY 8 • ROSARIO ISLANDS
Soak in the tropical vibes of the Carribean Sea on your private boat, as you make your way through the Rosario Islands, a coral reef made up of 27 islands and islets. You will stop at one island for snorkeling, swimming, and a typical Caribbean lunch. Enjoy the crystal clear water and postcard perfect views before heading back to Cartagena.
