Typically, we recommend at least four nights at Explora to fully experience the park and all of the activities the lodge offers. PRICING (4-night program, per person based on double occupancy in Cordillera Paine rooms)
- High season (November – February) from $3992
- Low season (June – August) from $3040
*Note – there are also Salto Chico rooms that are perfect for families with young kids and Suites available.
LIGHT, MODERATE, OR VIGOROUS TRIP Activities are flexible and can include hiking, boating, wildlife viewing, photography, horseback riding, cultural opportunities, and spa.
LENGTH 5 days – 4 nights, 8 days – 7 nights. Knowmad Adventures will help you plan your full-length South American adventure to fit in seamlessly with the fixed entry dates and make the most of your time in the region.
BEGIN / END Stays at Explora Salto Chico generally begin and end in Punta Arenas, Chile and/or Calafate, Argentina. There are some flights to and from Puerto Natales during certain times of year, though flights are limited and may not align with fixed entry dates. They also offer transfers to Calafate, Argentina during parts of the year.
AIR TRAVEL Airfare is not included in the land cost of our trips. You may arrange your airfare independently, or we are happy to offer our feedback and assistance in helping you book it.
