On arrival, your local guide will welcome you to Argentina and take you to your boutique hotel in the Palermo neighborhood, where gourmet restaurants mix with laid-back cafés, and fashionable nightclubs mingle with historic theaters and museums. Take the afternoon to relax or begin exploring the unique architecture, beautiful plazas, and colorful culture of this famed city.

DAY 3 • Buenos Aires
Delve deep into the distinct and culturally-rich neighborhoods of Buenos Aires as your local guide introduces you to the fascinating history and dynamic culture of Argentina’s capital. Explore elegant Recoleta, the vibrant colors of La Boca, and the architectural wonder of the iconic Teatro Colón. With so much to see, your guide will tailor the day to your interests, from gastronomy and fútbol to art and architecture.
Optional evening experiences could include reservations at a private puerta cerrada restaurant, or learning a few tango steps to practice with locals at a milonga.

DAY 4 • Buenos Aires - Iguazú
Enjoy exploring Buenos Aires at your leisure before meeting your private driver. They will take you to the airport for your flight to Iguazú. Upon arrival you will be taken to your luxurious hotel nestled in the subtropical jungle of northern Argentina.

DAY 5 • Iguazú
Explore the Argentine side of Iguazú, walking along a variety of trails and walkways, and taking in the falls from different viewpoints along your route. Witness the broad river tumbling into Devil’s Gorge, surrounded by the emerald colors of the rainforest below. Even by Argentine standards – a country full of natural wonders – the Iguazú Falls, are an extraordinary sight.
To get an even more personal experience of the falls, add a thrilling safari boat ride that takes you through the waves right up to the rushing waterfalls.

DAY 7 • Iguazú - São Paulo - Paraty
Take a morning flight from Iguazú to São Paulo and meet your local, private guide upon arrival. Embark on your scenic 4 ½ hour journey north towards Paraty. Enjoy lunch on your way and an evening at your leisure meandering the quaint cobblestone streets of Paraty.

Head out today for a guided “insider’s look” experience of old town, seeing the city’s most important sites and learning about its rich and colorful history. Admire beautiful colonial architecture, discover why their street design was ahead of its time, and learn about the more mysterious and dark moments too, like exiled Portuguese royalty and the slave trade. Spend the rest of the day relaxing, or choose to stand up paddle board off of Jabaquara beach, or kayak through green mangroves and hidden islands while spotting wildlife.

DAY 9 • Paraty & Saco do Mamanguá
After breakfast, navigate by traditional boat through Paraty Bay’s crystalline waters arriving to the little-known Saco do Mamanguá located in the Joatinga Peninsular Eco-Reserve, Brazil’s only tropical fjord. Unwind in this hidden tropical paradise.

Enjoy the morning at your leisure. Meet your driver and begin a scenic drive to Rio de Janiero.

Visit the most important symbol of Rio de Janeiro, Christ the Redeemer, located at Corcovado Mountain before exploring Project Morrinho. Project Morrinho was started by local youth as a way to escape the reality of violence and corruption that surrounded their community before becoming an award winning art installation globally. Today, this art installation turned community project gives people a unique, multidimensional perspective to favela life through an artistic city model made of bricks and other materials.

DAY 12 • Rio de Janeiro - Onward
Enjoy exploring independently in the morning before your private transfer to Sugar Loaf Mountain, the famous peak situated at the mouth of Guanabara Bay. A scenic cable car ride gives you a unique perspective of Copacabana, Santa Cruz Fortress, and the beaches of Niterói.
Following your day’s exploration, you will be brought to the airport for your international, overnight flight home.
